鲍鱼黄金炒饭Golden Fried Rice with Abalone

材料
冷饭3碗、清汤小鲍鱼1罐(切丁)、干贝3粒(浸泡细撕炸香)、松子仁30克(温油炸香)、熟玉米粒80克、青葱粒2汤匙、蒜
头碎1粒(炸香)、蛋黄3粒
调味料
盐½茶匙、鸡精粉2茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、鱼露2茶匙
做法
1 把蛋黄与饭拌匀,烧热3汤匙油入La gourmet 36cmNitrigan cast iron open wok,倒入已混合好的饭,大火炒松饭粒。(图1-3)
2 加入其余材料,拌炒。(图4-6)
3 倒入调味料及青葱粒,快速翻炒,均匀即可。

INGREDIENTS
3 bowls cold white rice, 1 can baby abalone (diced), 3 dried scallops (soaked and tore), 30g toasted pine seeds,
80g cooked corn kernels, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 whole garlic (chopped and sautéed), 3 egg yolks
SEASONING
½ tsp salt, 2 tsp chicken powder, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tsp fish sauce
METHOD
1 Mixes egg yolks with white rice; heat up 3 tbsp oil in La gourmet 36cm Nitrigan cast iron open wok,
pour in white rice and stir-fry until loosen. (pic 1-3)
2 Add in other ingredients and keep stir-frying. (pic 4-6)
3 Add in seasoning and spring onion, stir-fry briskly and dish out.
