Step 1
将节瓜括去外皮切块,用少许油炒香备用。Scrub the skin of hairy melon,cut into pieces and sauté with oil.
Step 2
所有材料B放入炖盅,加入滚水,隔水炖2小时后才加入节瓜,再炖1½小时即可加入调味料享用。Place all ingredients B into stew pot,pour in boiling water and double boil for 2 hours,add in hairy melon and continue stewing for another 1 ½hour; season to taste.
