黄酒蒸水蛋 STEAMED EGG WITH RICE WINE

材料
A: A 级鸡蛋 2 粒(打散)、黄酒 80 毫升、水 40 毫升
B: 鸡柳肉 50 克(剁碎)、麻油 1 茶匙、粟粉 1 茶匙
C: 枸杞适量、炸姜丝适量—(图 1)
调味料
麻油 1 茶匙、盐和胡椒粉少许
做法
1. 把材料 A 与调味料拌匀成蛋液。
2. 把材料 B 混合后,加入蛋液拌匀,把材料移入蒸盘,加入枸杞。(图 2-4)
3. 蒸锅水滚后,放入肉碎鸡蛋,用中小火蒸至蛋熟。
4. 表面撒入炸姜丝,即可享用。

Ingredients
A: 2 A eggs (beaten), 80ml rice wine, 40ml water
B: 50g minced chicken, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn flour t
C: Some GouQi and deep fried shredded ginger (pic 1)
Seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil, dash of salt & pepper
Method
1.Mixes ingredients A with seasoning into egg sauce.
2.Mixes ingredients B and combine with the egg sauce. Transfer egg mixture to a steam plate, add in GouQi. (pic 2-4)
3.Once the water boiled, put egg mixture on the steamer, turn to medium low heat and steam until egg is cooked.
4.Sprinkle deep fried shredded ginger on top and serve.
