    Directions

    Step 1

    把花肉切片,以腌料腌半小时,然后过热油滤干。Slice pork belly into slices. Season with marinade for 1/2 hour parboil in hot oil then remove and drain.

    Step 2

    热麻油,把胡椒粒炒香后加入蒜茸和姜片。Heat sesame oil and fry crushed fresh peppercorns until fragrant. Add chopped garlic and ginger slices.

    Step 3

    加入大葱、花肉及灯笼椒炒均匀。Add big onions belly pork and red capsicum. Stir-fry briskly.

    Step 4

    加入酱汁材料、雪豆及鲜菇,大火炒均后赞入花雕酒,然后盛出。Add sauce, snow peas and shimeji mushrooms. Stir constantly over high heat until well combined. Splash in wine. Toss well.
