    Step 1

    将肉眼洗净切片,用刀拍一拍,加入腌料充份搅拌均匀,腌制隔夜。Loosen meat slices with meat mallet and marinate with condiments for over-night.

    Step 2

    烤箱以200度预热10分钟,打开铝箔纸将腌制肉片包起,送进烤箱烤大约30分钟至熟。Pre-heat oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes; wrap meat slices with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜茸、小葱头茸和芫荽碎,然后加入其余的酱料材料煮浓,盛起备用。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté chopped garlic, shallot and coriander until fragrant,add in all other sauce ingredients and bring to boil,dish out.

    Step 4

    将猪肉片排在碟子上,淋上汁料,装饰,即可享用。Arrange meat slices on serving plate and pour sauce over,garnish and serve.
