香公金沙虾Golden Prawns in Claypot with Fermented Bean Curd

材料(10人份)
大虾500克、家乐金沙咸蛋粉120克、牛油或菜油120克、腐乳100克、清水500毫升、花奶80毫升

调味料
糖25克

做法
1.大虾洗净,保留虾壳与头,开背挑去肠泥。
2.在砂锅里热牛油或菜油,加入腐乳炒香。
3.加入家乐金沙咸蛋粉,爆香。
4.倒入清水,加入糖调味。加入花奶煮至沸起。
5.加入虾拌炒均匀,煮至虾熟即可趁热享用。

Ingredients (Serves 10)
500g big prawns, 120g KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder, 120g butter/margarine, 100g fermented bean curd, 500ml water, 80ml evaporated milk

Seasoning
25g sugar

Method
1.Rinse the prawns, keep shells and heads intact, open cut the back and devein.
2.Melt butter or margarine in claypot. Put in fermented bean curd and stir well until fragrant.
3.Next, put in KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder and stir till fragrant.
4.Add in water and sugar. Pour in evaporated milk and bring to boil.
5.Add prawns and stir well, bring to cook and serve immediately.
