【烹饪小贴士】炸麦片鸡千万要控制火喉,不然很容易烧焦。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将鸡肉块加入腌料拌匀,放入冰箱腌最少3个小时。Marinate chicken meat with condiments in fridge for at least 3 hours

    Step 2

    裹上玉米粉,沾上蛋液再裹上麦片。Coat chicken meat with corn flour,egg sauce and finally oats.

    Step 3

    准备3杯炸油烧热。Heat up 3 cups of oil in wok.

    Step 4

    关小火,把鸡肉放入炸油中炸至金黄色及熟,捞起沥干。Turn to low heat,deep fry the meat until golden brown,drain.

    Step 5

    将麦片鸡排在碟子上,装饰后,沾上泰式辣椒酱即可享用。Arrange fried chicken meat balls in plate,garnish and serve with chili sauce
