    Step 1

    鲜玉米粒隔水蒸5分钟,备用。Steam corn kernel for 5 minutes,set aside.

    Step 2

    红萝卜、沙葛飞水,备用。Blanch carrot and Sengkuang.

    Step 3

    烧热油2汤匙,爆香姜茸,加入四季豆炒香,再加入全部材料A炒匀后,加调味料快火炒匀,勾少少薄芡即可上碟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,saute ginger until fragrant, add in French bean and follow with all ingredients A; toss in seasoning and stir-fry in high heat until mixed well,thicken with light starch and dish out.
