腰果营养丰富,含脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉以及少量矿物质和维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2等成分。 腰果具有补脑、养血、补肾、健脾、下逆气、止久渴的功效。
把三种甜椒洗净切小块,面筋条用手撕成大小用。Wash and cut the three capsicums into small pieces; tear the gluten strips by hand to small size.
热油适量,放入面筋煎香,盛起备用。Heat right amount of hot oil and fried gluten strips until fragrant.
锅留少许油,放入三色椒炒匀,加入已炸面筋和调味料略炒匀,最后加入柠檬、腰果拌均即可。Leave a little oil in wok, stir in the three-colored capsicums, add the fried gluten and seasonings, stir well, and finally add lemon and cashew nuts and mix well, done.
