    Directions

    牛奶花胶炖乌鸡味道香浓,养颜滋阴。以牛奶炖煮汤品要特别注意时间与比例,煮的时间太长,风味与营养也会大受影响。

    Step 1

    鸡肉汆烫后备用。高汤调好备用。Prepare the chicken for use. Separately prepare soup base for use.

    Step 2

    鸡肉放入炖盅,加入高汤,炖约2小时至入味。Stew chicken in soup base inside steamer for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    将炖好的鸡汤自蒸箱取出,加入牛奶、花胶和枸杞再放回锅中,炖约10分钟即可取出享用。Remove soup from steamer. Add in fish maw, full-cream milk and wolfberry. Stew for another 10 minutes and serve.
