    Directions

    Step 1

    把所有材料A洗净后切成丁块,然后以沸水加 入少许盐和食油,略微汆烫一会,捞起沥干水 分备用。 Wash and dice all ingredients A, blanch in boiling water with some salt and oil, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热2大匙油,爆香姜丝和辣椒干,加上所有切 丁材料同炒一下。 Heat 2 tbsp hot oil in a wok, saute ginger and dried chili till fragrant, add in the sauce ingredients and simmer till thicken.

    Step 3

    注入混合汁料焖煮至微干,拌入炸香之腰豆略拌匀即可上碟。 add in sauce ingredients and simmer till thicken. Add in cashew nuts, mix well, and be ready to serve.
