三宝蒸肉饼 3 Treasure Steam Meat

材料A:

鲜鱼500克

材料B:

豆酱1汤匙、蚝油2汤匙、蒜茸2汤匙、红辣椒碎2汤匙、姜茸2汤匙

材料C:

生抽2汤匙、糖1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、清水1/2杯

做法:

1.先将鱼洗净然后放入蒸盆内。

2.将材料B和C放入碗内拌匀。(图1-2)

3.再把酱汁淋匀在鱼上。(图3)

4.放入蒸镬内蒸13分钟,取出趁热进食。(图4)

 小贴士:如果不用鱼你也可以改用大虾。

INGREDIENTS A:

500g fresh fish

INGREDIENTS B:

1 tbsp soy bean paste, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp chopped chili, 2 tbsp chopped ginger

INGREDIENTS C:

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 cup water

METHOD:

1.Clean fish and arrange in a steaming tray.

2.Mix ingredients B and C in a bowl.

3.Pour sauce all over on fish.

4.Steam for 13 minutes, remove and serve hot.

 

Tip:You may change the fish to big prawns.
