    心得交流站 : 鸡皮可以不要去除,在串肉时连同鸡皮一起串,这样烤出来比较香和美味。

    Step 1

    鸡腿去骨切方块,用腌料腌制2小时。Debone Chicken whole legand cut into cubes, marinate for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将3块鸡肉块串成一串。Skew 3 pieces of chicken cubes.

    托盘铺上一层锡纸,放烤架,然后放置鸡肉串,烤盘放在中层,以180℃烤15分钟,拿出来擦上蜜糖在送回去烤5分钟至熟,取出配上配料一起享用。Place aluminium foil in baking tray, top with wire rack and place chicken skewers on it, grill on the centre of oven with 180℃ for 15 minutes; glaze with honey and grill again for another 5 minutes,done.
