    心得交流站:沙律拌好先要放进冰箱冷藏,这样才比较好吃。

    Step 1

    将猪肉丝加入腌料,腌制2小时至入味。Marinate shredded pork loin with marinades for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    杂果加入沙律酱拌匀,送进冰箱冷藏备用。Mixes dressing with mixed fruits and store in fridge.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油爆香咖喱叶,指天椒和蒜茸,然后倒入猪肉丝炒熟。盛起。Heat up 1 tbsp oil to sauté curry leaf, chili padi and garlic until fragrant; add in meat and stir-fry until cooked, dish out.

    Step 4

    准备碟子排上饼干苜宿芽,然后将炒好的猪肉丝排上,再配上杂果沙律享用。Arrange biscuit & Alfafa sprout in plate, pour stir-fried meat over and serve with mixed fruit salad.
