    Directions

    Step 1

    将五花肉洗净,加入腌料拌匀,腌制2小时。Wash belly pork and marinate with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香蒜茸和洋葱,加入五花肉炒匀。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, toss in belly pork.

    Step 3

    再加入马铃薯和红箩卜炒匀,注入清水和调味料煮滚,加盖用小火焖至马铃薯熟透。Add in potato and carrot;pour in water and seasoning, bring to boil;cover with lid and simmer in low heat until potato softened.

    Step 4

    最后加入甜豆炒一炒,即可勾芡上桌。Add in sweet peas and stir-fry briefly,thicken with starch and dish out.
