    Step 1

    用盐和胡椒粉腌鱼肉,然后和蛋白混合,再沾栗米粉料,甩掉多余的粉。Season fish pieces with salt and pepper. Add in egg white and toss to mix. Coat fish slices with combined corn flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

    Step 2

    把鱼肉放入热油炸至金黄色和酥脆,滴干油。Deep-fry fish in hot oil till golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain from oil.

    Step 3

    把炸鱼肉刷上材料B,然后再撒上鸡肉松。Dip a brush into mayonnaise mixture B. Sprinkle some chicken floss on top.

    Step 4
