    要点:此粥美味爽口,可在产后第二天享用,它有健脾养胃的作用。

    Step 1

    将全部材料 A 放入汤煲,用小火煮 1 1⁄2 小时。Bring all ingredients A to boil in pot, turn to low heat, continue boiling for 1 1⁄2 hours.

    Step 2

    加入淹过的糙米,再煮 40 分钟后,加入金瓜丁再煮 15 分钟,加调味料调味即成。Add in marinated ingredients B and boil for another 40 minutes; and then add in ingredient C and continue boiling 15 minutes, season to taste.

    Step 3

    上桌时,撒上装饰料,趁热享用。Sprinkle garnishing ingredients and serve hot.
