    Step 1

    把白蘑菇切四瓣,素火腿切小块,甜豆去根部切小块待用。Cut the white mushrooms into four pieces, mock ham and sweet beans cut into small pieces for later use.

    水豆腐切两块,用厨房纸巾吸干水份,抹上少许盐。平底锅放少许油,以中火略煎至两面金黄色,盛碟备用。Cut the pressed Tofu into two pieces, soak up the water with kitchen paper towel and smear a little salt. Put a little oil in a pan, fry it over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, put on a plate for later use.

    Step 3
