免烤焦糖香蕉派Caramelised Banana Pie

【材料】
香蕉2条、焦糖浆4汤匙、巧克力曲奇碎饼约6 块、鲜奶油100毫升、砂糖1茶匙

【做法】
1.鲜奶油加入砂糖,打至发,备用。(图1)
2.香蕉切片,备用。
3.取2个玻璃杯子,将巧克力曲奇碎饼平铺在最底部,然后排上香蕉和淋上适量的焦糖浆。(图2)
4.铺上一层打发的鲜奶油。(图3)
5.再排入一层香蕉和淋上焦糖浆,放入雪柜冷冻20-30分钟。(图4)
6.享用前,撒上巧克力曲奇碎饼。

【Ingredients】
2 bananas, 4 tbsp caramelised sugar syrup, 6 pcs chocolate cookies, 100ml fresh milk, 1 tsp sugar

【Method】
1.Beat milk with sugar until fluffy; cut bananas into slices.(pic 1)
2.Place crushed cookies in two serving glasses, layered with crushed cookies.
3.Place banana on top and pour in some caramelised sugar syrup.(pic 2)
4.Spread cream on top of banana.(pic 3)
5.Top with another layer of banana and caramelised; and then keep in fridge for 20-30 minutes.(pic 4)
6.Sprinkle another layer of crushed cookies on top when serve.
