    Step 1

    馅料做法:起锅热油和麻油,放入香菇、斋羊肉及调味料炒均,盛出备用。For Filling: Heat oil and sesame oil in wok,saute mushroom and vegetarian lamb. Add seasoning to mix. Dish out and put aside.

    Step 2

    米料做法:再热2汤匙油,加入糯米、红糙米及调味料炒均,盛出。加入其他材料混合。For Rice: Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok,add in glutinous rice,red rice and seasoning, toss to combine. Dish out and add rolled oats and the rest of the ingredients to mix.

    Step 3

    取两片粽叶,摺成斗形,放入2汤匙米料,加入适量馅料后再以1汤匙米料覆盖,然后包扎成金字塔形状,再以草绳绑紧。Fold 2 pieces of bamboo leaves into a cone. Put in 2 tbsp of rice mixture. Add some filling and top up with 1 tbsp of rice mixture. Fold into a pyramid then tie up with hemp string to secure.

    Step 4

    把粽子放入加盐的滚水中煮2小时或至熟透。Boil all the prepared dumplings in salt added boiling water for 2 hours till cooked through.
