Step 1
将金针菇切掉根部，备用。热锅后倒入所有的调味料煮至沸腾捞起备 用。
Step 2
将剁好的蒜头炒至金黄色捞起备用。 Heat some oil in wok, saute garlic till golden brown, drain and set aside.
Step 3
金针菇放入蒸炉内蒸3分钟，然后取出倒 掉多余的水。 Steam enoki mushroom in steamer for 3 minutes, remove and pour off water
Step 4
然后再加入煮好的调味料和蒜头淋在金针 菇上面，。Pour the sauce and garlic over the enoki mushroom,
Step 5
回锅蒸3分钟即可，最后撒点葱花即可。 back to the wok steam for another 3 minutes, done..
