材料
定好酸辣冬炎酱料1包、熟鸡胸肉200克(撕成丝)、番茄2粒(切瓣)、枫柑叶4片、蒜头3瓣(切片)、清水3杯、大葱头1粒(切瓣)、红辣椒2条、指天椒6条、九节虾3只、苏冬3只(洗净切花片)

1 packet MASFOOD Tom Yam Paste, 200g chicken breast meat(shredded), 2 tomatoes(wedges), 3 cups water, 3 glove garlic(slices), 1 big onion(wedges), 4 kaffir lime leaves, 2 red chili, 6 chili padi, 3 prawns, 3 squid(cleaned and butteflied)

做法
1.将水煮滚,加入蒜头片、大葱、辣椒及枫柑叶煮至出味。(图1)
2.放入虾、苏冬、番茄及定好酸辣冬炎酱料煮5分钟至熟。(图2-4)
3.最后加入鸡肉丝煮滚便可上桌。

1.Heat water in pan, add in garlic, big onion, chilles and kaffir lime leaves and bring to boil.(pic 1)
2.Add in prawns, squid, tomatoes and MASFOOD Tom Yam Paste, cook for 10 minutes.(pic 2-4)
3.Lastly add in shredded chicken and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
