苏格兰早餐格子松饼

材料
原味格子松饼4块、鸡蛋2个、熏肉4片、香肠2条、番茄1粒(切片)、牛油2块、橄榄油2汤匙
4 pcs original waffle, 2 eggs, 4 slices bacon, 2 sausages, 1 tomato (sliced), 2 slices butter, 2 tbsp olive oil
做法
1.取两个器皿,倒入少许橄榄油,各打入一个鸡蛋备用。(图1)
1.Pour olive oil in 2 ramekins, crack in an egg in each ramekins .(pic 1)
2.将熏肉、香肠和番茄排在铺上锡纸的烤盘里,淋上少许橄榄油。(图2-3)
2.Cover oven tray with aluminum foil and top with bacon, sausages and tomato, drizzle some olive oil on top.(pic 2-3)
3.将1和2的食材,放入烤箱,以200度高温,烤10-15分钟即可。(图4)
3.Bake egg and sausages mixture in oven at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.(pic 4)
4.将牛油块放在格子松饼上,一旁放上烤好的材料一起享用。
4.Place butter on top of waffle and arrange baked dishes aside, serve immediately.
