    Step 1

    起砂锅热麻油,把姜和蒜头爆香。Heat sesame oil in a stewpot. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入凤爪莲藕,炒均。Add chicken feet and lotus root,fry to combine.

    Step 3

    加入调味料、八角及草果,再注入清水,煮滚。Add in seasoning,star anise and chow guo. Pour in water and bring to the boil.

    Step 4

    转小火焖煮30分钟至凤爪软化即可。Reduce heat and braise for 30 minutes until chicken feet are tender.

    Step 5

    放入鲜准山,继续煮10分钟。Add in fresh huai san,cook for another 10 minutes.

    Step 6

    熄火后赞入花雕酒。Splash in Shao Xing wine after the flame is turned off.
