    Step 1

    把山药刨去皮,用少许盐抹洗,然后磨成泥待用。Peel the yam, rub it with a little salt, and grind it into a puree for use.

    Step 2

    鲜蘑菇切小片,鸿喜菇切去根部,红甜椒切条。Cut the fresh mushrooms into small slices, cut off the stems of beech mushrooms, and cut the red bell pepper into strips.

    Step 3

    把素火腿切小丁,烧热油先炒香至干盛起待用。Cut the veggie ham into small dice and sauté in hot oil until dry.

    Step 4

    锅中留油少许,放入蘑菇、鸿喜菇炒至香味出,加入水和调味料,山药泥一起煮开才加上素火腿和红甜椒丝拌匀即可,盛上碗撒上巴西利香菜碎享用。Leave a little oil in the pot, add mushrooms, beech mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, add water and seasoning, yam puree together and boil before adding the veggie ham and red bell pepper shreds and mix well, serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
