    Step 1

    排骨洗干净, 备用。Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly and set aside.

    爆香蒜米和薑, 加入排骨爆炒至熟, 加入调味料, 拌炒后加入水分, 盖过食材, 小火慢焖。Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the pork ribs and stir-fry until cooked. Add the seasonings, stir-fry, then add enough water to cover the ingredients. Simmer over low heat.

    在差不多好的时候, 加入臭豆, 待焖至汁浓稠后,试味,再自行调味。When the dish is almost done, add the stinky beans. Simmer until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

    温馨提醒: 泰式辣椒酱带甜, 所以糖就看个人口味而添加。臭豆不需要烹制很久, 差不多要好的时候加进去煮一会熟了就可以了。Tips: Thai chili sauce tends to be sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar according to personal preference. Stinky beans don't need to be cooked for a long time; add them towards the end and simmer until they are tender.
