    豆腐含有植物性脂肪和卵磷脂,有清热排毒等功效。

    Step 1

    分别把Kelly's黑毛猪火腿午餐肉及水豆腐切8片备用。Slice Kelly's Iberico Pork Luncheon Ham and tofu into 8 pieces.

    Step 2

    把午餐肉、花菇和豆腐间隔摆在碟里,蒸10分钟。Arrange Kelly's Iberico Pork Luncheon Ham, mushroom and tofu alternatively in plate; and then steam for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    把小白菜烫熟,摆在碟里装饰,即可。Blanch Xiao Bai Chai and arrange around tofu and serve.

    Step 4

    取出蒸好的麒麟豆腐,把汁倒入锅里,加入调味料煮滚,加入粟粉水勾芡,淋在麒麟豆腐上。Remove dish form steamer, pour its gravy in wok, add in seasoning and bring to boil; and then thicken with starch and pour gravy over Kirin tofu.
