    Step 1

    将材料A蒸熟去皮压烂后,加入所有材料B搓勻,休面团20分钟后,分出10等份。Steam ingredients A until cooked and then skinned and mashed. Mixes with all ingredients B and knead into dough, rest for 20 minutes and then apportion into 10.

    Step 2

    爆香材料C加入馅料炒勻,加入调味料炒勻即可上碟,待冷备用。Sauté ingredients C until fragrant, toss in filling ingredients, and then add seasoning and dish out to cool down.

    Step 3

    取一等份皮料,包入适量馅料,收口抹上少许面糊,滚上面包糠,至全部做好。Wrap 1 dough skin with some filling, seal with some batter and then coat with bread crumb.

    Step 4

    用油炸至金黄色即成。Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
