    Step 1

    把米洗干净,沥干水分待用。Wash rice and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热锅加入少许油,先炒熟红萝卜丝待用。Heat some oil in wok, saute carrot shredded till fragrant, set aside.

    Step 3

    锅加入油放入香料炒香,再加入米拌炒,再加椰丝、芝麻拌均匀,加入热水煮至熟。Heat some oil in wok, saute seasoning till fragrant, add in basmathi rice, fry well and toss in grate d coconut and sesame, cook with hot water.

    Step 4

    最后加入葡萄干、红萝卜丝轻轻拌匀米饭即可享用。Add in raisin and carrot mix well, done.
