    Directions

    心得交流站 : 通心菜梗浸泡冰水,大火快炒,增加清脆的口感。

    Step 1

    通心菜上半段洗净,沥干水备用。Wash the leaves part of Kangkong, drain.

    Step 2

    通心菜下半段菜梗洗净切幼粒浸泡冰水5分钟,捞起备用。Wash the stems of Kangkong, diced and soak in ice water for 5 minutes, drain.

    Step 3

    烧热适量油,爆香材料B,加入通心菜叶和调味料A,炒熟上碟即成。Heat some oil in wok, sauté ingredients B until fragrant, add in Kangkong leaves and seasoning A, stir-fry until cooked, dish out.

    Step 4

    烧热适量油,爆香菜脯碎,倒入剩余材料C炒 勻,加入通心菜梗和调味料B快手兜炒上碟即成。Heat some oil in cleaned wok, sauté pickled radish until fragrant, pour in remaining ingredients C and stir to mix, toss in Kangkong stem and seasoning B, stir fry briefly and dish out.
