    将烤箱预热至170℃,准备2个大烤盘。Heat the oven to 170°℃,line 2 large baking trays.

    在一个大碗里,混合奶油、糖和红糖,搅拌直至混合。In a large bowl combine butter, sugar and brown sugar, then stir until combined.

    Step 3

    将鸡蛋和香草精加入混合物中,搅拌直至混合。Add the eggs, vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until combined.

    Step 4

    将面粉、可可粉和苏打粉筛入混合物中,搅拌直至混合。Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sift the ingredients into the mixture and stir until combined.
