    Step 1

    珍珠豆用适量水(盖过豆面)煮10分钟,待温豆去皮。Boil pearl beans with enough water for 10 minutes,skinned.

    Step 2

    爆香材料C,加入花菇炒香,再加入其余材料B炒香,加2½碗水煮20分钟。Saute ingredients C until fragrant,add in Chinese mushroom,follow with all ingredients B;add in 2½bowls water and boil for 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入材料A煮片刻,加入调味料即可。Toss in ingredients A,simmer shortly and add in seasoning,done.
