    鸡腿肉质细嫩,滋味鲜美,适合多种烹调方法,并富有营养,有滋补养身的作用。

    Step 1

    将鸡腿洗净、抹干水份后均匀地抹上姜粉和海盐,腌至少60分钟,备用。Wash the chicken legs, wipe dry and evenly spread ginger powder and sea salt. Marinate for at least 60 minutes, and set aside.

    Step 2

    将鸡腿取出,放进整盘内,倒入混合了的材料B。ake out the chicken thighs and arrange on plate. Pour in all the ingredients B.

    Step 3

    将鸡腿放入锅内,大火蒸30分钟后,取出,待凉。Put the chicken thighs into the pot, steam for 30 minutes on high heat, take out and let cool.

    Step 4

    将鸡腿取出(鸡汁留着备用),皮向上排入烤盘内,放进烤箱(或气炸锅)以200ºC,烤10分钟后,再将温度调至230ºC再烤10分钟。Take out the chicken legs (reserve the chicken juice for later use), arrange the skin upwards into the baking tray, bake in the oven (or air fryer) at 200ºC for 10 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 230 ºC and bake for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    将烤好的咸鸡摆入盘内,淋上鸡汁,配以饭食一起享用。Place the roasted salted chicken on the plate, drizzle with chicken sauce and enjoy with meals.
