    非常有特色个性甜食,蛋糕香气扑鼻,咬一口拉出很长的棉花糖丝,吃过以后唇齿留香。

    Step 1

    把烤炉預熱至180℃;牛油溶解后再冷却。Preheat the oven to 180°C melt the butter and leave to cool slightly.

    Step 2

    把盐、糖、牛奶及香精搅拌至糖溶解。Add salt,sugar,milk,vanilla essence & stir until sangar dissolves.

    Step 3

    加入鸡蛋、面粉、可可粉及发粉,搅拌至刚刚均匀即可。Add in eggs and sift in flour,cocoa, baking powder until just combined.

    Step 4

    最后把核桃和棉花糖加入面糊中,倒入烤盘里,抹均。Stir in the walnuts and marshmallows. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared squarecake tin.

    Step 5

    在另外一个容器里把顶饰料的可可粉和滾水搅拌至细滑。In a separate bowl, beat the topping of cocoa powder with boiling water until smooth.

    Step 6

    加入溶解的巧克力,然后倒在面糊上,放入預熱烤炉里烤30-35分钟。Mix in melted chocolate. Pour the mixture over the batter in the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes.

    Step 7

    趁热吃蛋糕,可随意加鮮奶油。Serve the cake hot with fresh cream if wishes.
