    Step 1

    啦啦放入加了1汤匙盐的清水中浸泡30分钟,使之吐沙,然后壳与壳互相搓揉,去除污垢,再以清水冲洗,沥干备用。Soak Lala in water with 1 tbsp salt to remove sands; and then wash thoroughly; rinse and drain.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙麻油及1汤匙食油,放入啦啦拌炒,盖上焖煮,待啦啦开口后,加入岩鱼酱及豆腐,以镬铲一边将豆腐切散,一边搅拌均匀。Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil and oil in wok, stir-fry Lala and cover with lid, simmer until Lala opened their shell, toss in salted fish paste and tofu; cut off tofu with ladle and stir to mix.

    Step 3

    注入适量水和调味料,煮滚。Pour in some water and seasoning; bring to boil.

    Step 4

    加入青葱段,兜匀即可。Add in spring onion and dish out.
