喜洋洋果仁脆饼 Cheery Nutty Florentine Biscurt

材料:
Bunga Raya Ku’s (Britty’s) Florentine 预拌粉 160克
Bunga Raya Ku’s 核桃 40g、Bunga Raya Ku’s 腰果 40g、Bunga Raya Ku’s杏仁片40克、
Bunga Raya Ku’s榛果 40g
做法:
1. 在大碗内将Bunga Raya Ku’s四种口味的坚果混拌匀,剁碎备用。
2. 加入Bunga Raya Ku’s (Britty’s) Florentine 预拌粉,捞匀。
3. 把Florentine坚果混合料倒入铺了烘焙纸的烤盘里,放入预热@190°C的烤箱里烤9分钟或至到金黄色。
4. 出炉后的坚果脆片,可以用手折成所要的形状。
5. 放凉后尽快装进密封的罐子收藏。
Ingredients:
160g Bunga Raya Ku’s (Britty’s) Florentine Premix, 40g Bunga Raya Ku’s Whole Hazelnut, 40g Bunga Raya Ku’s Cashewnut, 40g Bunga Raya Ku’s Walnut, 40g Bunga Raya Ku’s Almond Flakes
Method:
1. In a big bowl, mix all Bunga Raya Ku’s Nuts together, chopped and set aside.
2. Add in Bunga Raya Ku’s (Britty’s) Florentine Premix and mix well.
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper, pour the mixture into the middle of the baking tray, bake with preheat @190C oven for 10minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, you can slice the cookies into shape as you like.
5. When the cookies are completely cooled, store them in an airtight container.
