Iburce goreng面1包(炒虾面)、鸡蛋1粒、鱼饼1条(切片)、豆芽20克、虾仁5只(去壳)、红辣椒1条(切片)、菜心1棵(切段)、蒜头2瓣(剁碎)
[调味料]鸡精粉1/2茶匙、生抽1汤匙、黑酱油少许、胡椒粉少许
Ingredients:
1pkt prawn flavour instant mee goring, 1 egg, 1 pc fish cake (slice), 20g bean sprout, 5 prawns (shelled), 1 red chilli (slice), 1 stalk sawi (cut into blocks), 2 pips garlic (chopped)
Seasoning:
½tsp chicken stock granule, 1 tbsp soy sauce, drops of dark soy sauce, dash of pepper
[做法]1.先把面干以滚水川泡至软捞出待用。Scald instant noodle until soften, drain.
2.烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜头碎打入鸡蛋炒熟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, and then toss in egg.
3.加入鱼饼、虾仁拌炒,跟着放入豆芽、菜心及调味料炒熟。
Add in fish cake and prawns, stir-fry briefly, and then add in bean sprout, sawi and seasoning; continue stir fry until cooked.
4.把面条及辣椒加入翻炒均匀即可上碟。Add in noodles and chilli, stir to mix, dish out.
