面筋用手拔成幼丝,再浸清水,去除面粉味。Tear into strips with bare hand and then soak in water to remove flour taste.
四季豆苗拉油,再用滚水烫一下去油,捞起备用。Tear into strips with bare hand and then soak in water to remove flour taste.
烧热2大匙油,爆香姜丝,加入香菇及面筋丝炒香,再加入剩余材料及调味料,以大火炒匀即可上碟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,toss in Chinese mushroom and gluten;then add in all other ingredients and seasoning,stir-fry in high heat until well mixed,dish out.
