    炸好的排骨已经够香了,再加上沾满微辣浓郁的奶油,超级下饭,简单又美味。

    Step 1

    将排骨斩成小件,加入腌料拌匀,置放10分钟,然后放入热油中炸至香及熟,捞出沥油。Chop ribs into small pieces, marinate with condiments for 10 minutes and then deep fry until cooked, drain.

    Step 2

    把菜油煮溶,放入淡奶及咖喱粉煮香。Melt margarine in wok, toss in evaporated milk and curry powder, sauté until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入排骨、咖哩叶、盐及糖,翻炒均匀便可上碟。Add in ribs, curry leaves, salt and sugar, stir to mix, dish out.
