    功能 : 补血活血,化瘀排浊。 适应症 : 产后恶露不下,或者量少色暗,下腹胀痛拒按。

    Step 1

    把乌鸡洗净切块,放入滚水中川烫,洗净;将全部药材洗净后装入布袋。Cut black chicken into large piece, blanch in boilling water, wash; Rinse all herbs and put in filter bag.

    Step 2

    把乌鸡、黑豆、姜片和药袋同放入砂锅内,加入清水 1000ml,大火煮滚后以汤勺撇去浮污。Put chicken, black beans, ginger and herbs bag into clay pot, pour in 1000ml water and bring to boil in high heat, remove scums.

    Step 3

    加入米酒,再滚 10 分钟后,改用小火炖煮 30-40 分钟,鸡肉熟烂时去除药包,加麻油、食盐适当调味后即可食用。Add in rice wine and boil for another 10 minutes; turn to low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Once chicken is well cooked, remove herbs bag and season with sesame oil and salt.
