    Step 1

    稍微把伊面浸泡至软,滴干。Briefly soak yee mee in water until just soft enough. Drain well.

    Step 2

    起不黏锅,热油和麻油,用大火把蒜茸、姜及辣椒干爆香。Heat oil and sesame oil in a non-stick saucepan and saute garlic,ginger and dried chillies over high heat.

    Step 3

    加入牛肉和调味料,炒均。Add in beef and seasoning. Toss briefly.

    Step 4

    倒入清水,大火煮滚后加入伊面,拌均。Pour in water and bring to a quick boil then add in yee mee. Toss to combine.

    Step 5

    加盖以中火焖至汁干。Cover the saucepan and cook over medium high heat until gravy is dry.

    Step 6

    加入青葱,炒均盛出。Add spring onion to mix.Dish out and serve.
