    Directions

    Step 1

    用调味料腌鸡肉至少20分钟。Marinate chicken with seasonings for at least 20 minutes.

    Step 2

    把蛋加入鸡肉,然后再拌入生粉和澄面粉。Add beaten egg to the marinated chicken. Toss in corn flour and wheat flour mixture.

    Step 3

    把鸡肉炸至金黄色熟透后盛出,以纸巾吸干油。Deep-fry chicken pieces till lightly golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper kitchen towel.

    Step 4

    留2汤匙热油在锅里,把辣椒干、大葱及姜炒香后加入酱汁材料炒均。Leave 2 tbsp oil in the wok and fry dried chillies, onion and young ginger,add in sauce ingredients to mix.

    Step 5

    把炸过的鸡肉回锅搅拌均匀即可盛出。Return pre-fried chicken to the wok and toss briefly.
