    Step 1

    1.起锅热油,把研磨材料爆香并出油后,加 入蒜头和青、红辣椒,然后加入苹果醋, 煮至滚,接着加入盐和糖调味。1.Heat oil in wok and fry ground ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil separates. Add garlic, red and green chillies. Pour in apple cider and bring to boil. Mix in salt and sugar to taste.

    2.加入所有蔬菜材料,和炒好的材料混合 均匀后,撒入芝麻。 2.Add all vegetables into sauteed spice mixture. Mix throughly and add a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
