【材料】
黄瓜110克(剖开后去籽,切成4公分长条)、红萝卜110克(切成
4公分长条,烫熟)、沙葛175克(切成4公分长条)、包菜花125克(切小朵,烫熟)、青、红辣椒各1条(切丝)、蒜头4瓣、嫩姜50克(切片)、食油1/2杯、烤香芝麻1汤匙

【研磨材料】
辣椒干16克(浸软去籽)、红辣椒4条、葱头15粒、蒜头3瓣、香茅1根、黄姜1公分、蓝姜1公分、石古仔3粒、巴拉煎精粒1茶匙

【调味料】
苹果醋3/4汤匙、盐1/2茶匙或适量、白糖4-5汤匙

【做法】
1. 起锅热油,把研磨材料爆香并出油后,加入蒜头和青、红辣椒,然后加入苹果醋,煮至滚,接着加入盐和糖调味。
2. 加入所有蔬菜材料,和炒好的材料混合均匀后,撒入芝麻。

【Ingredients】
110g cucumber (halved lengthwise, removed soft centre and cut into 4cm strips), 110g carrot (cut into 4cm strips, blanched), 175g sengkuang (cut into 4cm strips), 125g cauliflower (cut into small florets blanched), 1 green chilli, 1 red chilli (halved and cut into strips), 4 pips garlic, 50g young ginger (thinly sliced) , 1/2 cup oil, 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds

【Ground ingredients (A)】
16g dried chillies (soaked and seeded), 4 fresh red chillies, 15 shallots, 3 pips garlic, 1 stalk lemon grass, 1cm turmeric root, 1cm galangal, 3 candlenuts, 1tsp belacan stock granules

【Seasoning】
3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt or to taste, 4-5 tbsp sugar or to taste

【Method】
1.Heat oil in wok and fry ground ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil separates. Add garlic, red and green chillies. Pour in apple cider and bring to boil. Mix in salt and sugar to taste.
2.Add all vegetables into sauteed spice mixture. Mix throughly and add a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
