    Step 1

    起锅将清水煮至滚。ring the water to boil in pot.

    Step 2

    加入所有材料和调味料,煮5分钟。Add all the ingredients and seasoning,boil for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    转小火,勾芡后倒入蛋液。Lower heat and thicken with corn flour mixture followed by the egg sauce.

    Step 4

    盛入碗里后淋上辣椒油和撒上胡椒粉即可。Serve in soup bowl and pour chilli oil and sprinkle with some black pepper.
