    心得交流站 : 如果喜欢,也可用豆沙包入砚水粽内。

    Step 1

    先将1汤匙砚水拌入糯米内浸过夜,沥干水份再加入另1汤匙砚水、油和糖待放3小时。Soak rice with 1 tbsp alkaline water for I night dry mix drain dry,mix in 1 tbsp alkaline water,oil and sugar stir well and leave for 3 hours.

    Step 2

    粽叶包米,放1切丁年糕在中间包好用水草扎着, 倒1/2锅水入气压锅内煮滚。Wrap rice into dumpling leaves, add in 1 small piece nee koh and tie up with straws.

    Step 3

    加入粽子盖着煮至第二格红线升上,改用小火煮45分钟。Boil 1/2 a pot of water in pressure cooker, add in dumpling and cover to cook, When the 2nd red ring appear reduce to low heat and cook for 45 minutes.

    Step 4

    熄火待热自动降温,取出待冷后与加央或糖一同进食。Off flame and let the indicator gone down by itself. Remove leave until cool.
