Directions
将浸泡好的糯米加入油以及香菇粉、芫茜粉一起翻炒至均匀。Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the soaked glutinous rice with mushroom powder and coriander powder until evenly mixed.
将炒好的糯米分成三份,取出一部分原味白色糯米,备用。Divide the stir-fried glutinous rice into three portions. Set aside one portion of plain white glutinous rice.
取一份糯米加入蓝花汁拌均匀,备用。Mix one portion of glutinous rice with butterfly pea flower extract until evenly colored. Set aside.
再取出剩下的糯米加入黄姜粉拌抄均匀。Mix the remaining portion of glutinous rice with turmeric powder until evenly colored.
取出2片粽叶折成斗状,先放入蓝花糯米,加入适量的素肉酱,再加入一层白糯米,再加入素肉酱,最后加入黄姜糯米压紧,裹成三角形状,以草绳扎紧。Fold two glutinous rice dumpling leaves into a funnel shape. Fill with a layer of blue glutinous rice, followed by an adequate amount of vegetarian meat sauce, then a layer of white glutinous rice, another layer of vegetarian meat sauce, and finally, the turmeric glutinous rice. Press firmly and wrap into a triangular shape, tying securely with grass rope.
