    Directions

    功能:益气补血,健脾养心,行气活血,滋补肝肾。 适应症:月子期身体虚弱,疲倦乏力,心烦失眠,汗多怕冷,恶露量多或者淋漓不止。

    Step 1

    把将全部 B 料药材洗净后同装入布袋绑紧。Wash all the ingredients B, place in a pouch and tie up.

    Step 2

    用滚水川烫乌鸡去除杂质后,放入钢锅或砂锅内,加入其余材料 A 及药材包,注入清水淹面,大火煮滚后,加入米酒,再煮 10-15 分钟。Blanch the black chicken, place chicken, remaining ingredients A and herbs pouch in pot, pour in adequate water and bring to boil in high heat, then pour in rice wine and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.

    Step 3

    改用小火慢煮 40-50 分钟,至鸡肉熟烂时盛出,加入食盐适当调味后,即可食用。Turn to low heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is well cooked; season with salt.
