    Step 1

    将马铃薯隔水蒸 30 分钟至熟,备用。Steam potato for 30 minutes until cooked, set aside.

    Step 2

    将全部 A 料(马铃薯除外)放入煲中,煮 15 分钟至烂,取出放入搅拌机打烂成番茄酱。Put all ingredients A except potato in pot and boil for 15 minutes until soften, and then blend in electric motar into puree.

    Step 3

    把 B 料爆香,加入全部 C 料炒香,倒入磨烂的番茄酱,然后加入马铃薯煮至汁浓再撒入 D 料,趁热享用。Sauté ingredients B until fragrant, add in all ingredients C and stir well, pour in tomato puree and potato wedges cook until gravy thicken, sprinkle with ingredients D and serve hot.
