日式青瓜炒白玉菇Stir-fried Cucumber with Crab mushroom

【材料】
日式青瓜250克、白玉菇120克、红辣椒2条、姜4片

【调味料】
日式生抽1⁄2大匙、盐1⁄4小匙、黑醋3汤匙、麻油1小匙、清水1汤匙

【做法】
1.将日式青瓜切斜段,红辣椒切小圈,白玉菇去蒂。
2.烧热油,放入姜片和白玉菇炒片刻,加入青瓜和辣椒快速兜炒后,以调味料调味即可。

【Ingredients】
250g Japanese cucumber, 120g crab mushroom, 2 red chili, 4 slices ginger

【Sauce Ingredients】
1⁄2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 1⁄4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp black vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water

【Method】
1.Slice cucumber slantwise; chili cut rings, remove stems of crab mushroom.
2.Heat some oil in wok, add in ginger and mushroom, sauté until fragrant, then toss in cucumber and seasoning, stir-fry until well mix, dish out.
